Canada Sales and Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping with UR Concierge Services. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy cool stuff.
We want to be sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products and services.
Standard Return Policy
We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products and services you purchase through your Concierge Website.
That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that we source and present the best of class vendors and service providers that have just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product or service may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product or service:
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the receipt within 15 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. You are responsible for return shipping charges. We cannot accept COD deliveries. We highly recommend you insure your return shipment. In addition, please note the following:
Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.
To RETURN your product for a refund:
- Be sure to check the date on your receipt. Refunds are granted within 15 days of you receiving your order from a URCSI Vendor.
- Ensure that the product being returned is in its original packaging (along with manuals or accessories) and in perfect condition.
- Include a copy of your receipt with the item you are returning.
- Provide a reason on the back of the receipt. Simply write a brief explanation as to why you are returning the item.
Ship Product to the vendor or service provider that you originally ordered it from.
We'll notify you of your refund via e-mail after we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a full refund (minus shipping fees) in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.
If your order arrived damaged, please return it immediately to the vendor that the order came from. If the error is ours, you will not be charged for additional shipping costs. We will then re-send your new order at no cost to you.
In addition to our Return and Exchange and Refund Policy, each of our Vendors and Service Providers may have a specific policy for their product or service as seen on their main page.
The following products are not eligible for return: Event Tickets, Electronic software downloads, Subscriptions, Vendor or Service Provider Gift Cards, Travel or Insurance Services, Food and Grocery products.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
URCSI reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on your URCSI Concierge site at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. In the event you have been charged more than the posted price for a product in your URCSI Concierge Site, for a refund of the overcharge please contact:

The prices shown are in Canadian dollars or US dollars depending on your building location. If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.
URCSI may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. URCSI may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your Online order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify UR CSI’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. UR CSI and its vendors and service providers reserve the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If UR CSI cancels an order after you have already been billed, UR CSI will refund the billed amount.
Shipping & Delivery
Please contact the Vendor or Service Provider to learn about how and when you will receive the products and services you purchased from your URCSI Concierge Site. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond URCSI’s control once it leaves the Vendors or Service Providers facilities, URCSI cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
Residential Shipping Only
Products purchased online from your URCSI Concierge site will only be shipped to addresses within the country you reside in and are subject to Canadian, U.S., and foreign export control laws and regulations. Products and Services must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred, and used in compliance with these export laws and regulations.
Product Availability and Limitations
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, URCSI may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. URCSI reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when URCSI confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, URCSI will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
